4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client.
If the condition or size of the property differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quotation. Any changes will be discussed and agreed before additional charges are applied.

5. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient notice is provided.
6. Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
If we are unable to gain access at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.

- Informing us of any fragile, delicate, or valuable items
- Securing pets appropriately during cleaning visits
- Declaring any hazards that may pose a risk to health and safety
We reserve the right to refuse to clean areas that present a health and safety risk.
8. Damage and Liability
We take reasonable care while providing our services.
If accidental damage occurs, this must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Wear and tear
- Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, fittings, or materials
- Items not secured or improperly installed
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed prior to service delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
